Rubmaps is committed to maintaining a safe platform. If you encounter a listing that is abusive, fraudulent, or involves illegal activity, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

What Should Be Reported?

• Listings involving minors or underage individuals
• Listings involving human trafficking or coercion
• Fraudulent or scam listings designed to deceive users
• Listings containing stolen images or identity theft
• Spam, duplicate, or misleading content
• Any content that violates local, state, or federal law

How to Report

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

1. The URL of the listing you are reporting
2. The city and state where the listing appears
3. A description of the issue or violation
4. Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)
5. Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up)

The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate and take action.

What Happens After You Report?

Our team reviews all abuse reports, typically within 24-48 hours. If a listing is found to violate our Terms of Service, it will be removed. In cases involving illegal activity, we may also report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
